My Name is Tom Bradley-King and I'm second generation in this business. I started my brokerage not long after college & E*Trade in late 2005. Taking a short break to return to corporate lending in 2017 I returned to my company in 2019. Over my career, I've helped 1000 + families obtain$500,000,000+ in funded residential home loan financing. I'm very proud of that and I would love to put that experience to work for you. About us as a company:
We are a wholesale mortgage brokerage. We are licensed with the National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) and then licensed as a company and each Individual originator in each state we originate loans. We must maintain these licenses annually with continuing education and paying for annual licensing fees. To be licensed and be allowed to originate with direct lenders we are subject to extensive background checks with the FBI and Department of Justice. We welcome this level of scrutiny because it builds trust with our clients. We work with our clients to match them with our direct lending partners that best fit their situation and goals.
