What does the process look like?
I am looking to build good faith in giving you a free and easy mortgage pricer to tinker with you own scenario. First you sell yourself, call me to pre-approve you. After pre-approval we gather your documents and schedule an appraisal (if needed). After submission the lender will Formally approve/ deny our submission. When approved we gather those conditions submit them, and fund! This process has historically taken ~30-45 days but with your help turning conditions quickly, it can take substantially less time!
